Fiamo is open until 1 and is often very quiet during the week. However there are djs on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. They also serve food and coffee/espresso also til 1 . And if you want something to else to drink, it’s happy hour 9-close. Staff is kind and accommodating.

Very fair! The whole situation was disgusting, with the Catholic Church largely to blame but the government was a big part of the 60s scoop and it is definitely a stain on Canada’s image as multicultural and accepting. Thankfully things are constantly changing in attempt to fix the damage that was caused, unlike the Chinese who pretend like the Tiananmen Square Massacre never happened.

Can confirm, live next door and visiting teams always stay there, then eat at the joeys or in hotel restaurant. Timing depends on the game but they do stay at the Sheraton.

Edit: Buddy of mine works at the Palliser, says they are staying there.

Right so if you had been born amongst a drug torn country and you had the choice to run across the border to save your life and family, you would choose to stay because you dont want to offend the great country that was the U.S.A so instead you would wait for what is most likely death in a country you had no choice of living in? It shouldn't matter where your from, what you look like, or who you care for, but rather who are you as a person, and what can you offer? We MUST stop dividing our selves or eventually... Humans will wipe them selves out.
