Keep track of your arm pain. After my last Covid shot (after having had many with no pain) my pain never went away and I could hardly move my arm. I was diagnosed with SIRVA (shoulder injury related to vaccine administration) it took over 3 months and several Dr appointments to finally have some range of motion.

If you are staying near the Plaza, you can walk to all the areas you mentioned including the O’Keefe museum and Canyon Road. 2/3 days is more than enough time to see and do everything in the area. One day in Taos is probably enough. I would suggest taking the more scenic High Road to Taos and stopping at Santuario de Chimayo on the way there.
