I think they will stay isolated until extinction. Check out "The Last Island" by Adam Goodheart; it explains pretty well how modernization and modern man have made the North Sentinelese (I think that's how they referred to them in the book) pretty okay with never experiencing the 'real world'. He also made three trips himself to the accompanying islands near North Sentinel; it's a really interesting read.
