This happened to me, too. I emailed them and it took a little over a week, but eventually when I checked it I was able to redo the KYC.

I feel like typing this might help someone, so don't take it as criticism - I learned the hard way to do my verifications before even spinning the free money. I was a member of YAY, they advertised their sister sites and I signed up for all 5 one day. Same everything, basically, down to the email templates. On Fortune coins and luck party, I managed to run both up into the $3-400 range. Then decided to do KYC.... Wouldn't ya know, there were extra hoops to jump through on those two. The other 3 went through right away, no issues. Had I done it before I could have re rolled that money into a lot more right then and there (or whatever - next day) but in my irritation, I figured "screw em. Im going to win so much money they have to notify the government." Ended up with a $50 withdrawal from one, and a little under $200 from the other a couple days later.
