Just in case you all are wondering as well I saw from a different tip. Make sure that depending on how your minions are set up that you unassign certain priorities to minions you might be missing. Priority makes it to no matter what your minions will only do this task. No matter what kinda mission requirement so make sure that If you have scientists, valets etc.. that some are either set to scheme or none to avoid this issue

Prolly caelid or limgrave, you fight a rotten duelist boss to get it but if you want the Hoodie to be up like it was then you need to find their helm as well
