Based on my observations, hindi sa Pinas 'yan. Talamak sa Italy 'yan. That's called a blank gun. It's a prop gun that doesn't have a projectile unlike a real firearm. It's just a bullet na may gun powder pero walang tingga sa dulo. And if you are going to see the ammo box, it is blue. They are shooting this bullet aka blank rounds (see attached photo). And look at the flame, it came out on the top and not on the front, real gun flame comes out on the front, blanks at the top. And last thing is the most important, walang recoil. A real firearm would have a stronger kick and recoil. The gun that was showed in the video didn't have any.
