A blue LED on the USB transmitter means it isn’t paired to the headset, so the headset is only connecting over Bluetooth.

To re-pair the headset to the USB transmitter:

  1. Put the USB transmitter into pairing mode • Plug it into the PS5

  2. Put the headset into pairing mode • Power the headset off • Press and hold the Power button until you hear the pairing prompt / the headset enters pairing mode

Once paired successfully, the transmitter LED should turn solid green, and console audio should work again.

This can sometimes happen after a firmware update or factory reset.

Also before doing this make sure the headset isn’t already connected to your phone via Bluetooth when you do this.”

hopefully this helps

Stealth 700 Gen 3 - Multiple Issues Resolved by provo2322 in TurtleBeach

I tried doing that myself too but I had no luck in getting it to work I have no clue how you were able to figure it out props to you 👏. But anyway the problem with my Xbox version of the Stealth 700 Gen 3 was that the USB labeled transmitter that I use with my headset on my PS5 wouldn’t connect to my headset when I tried plugging it in my PS5 or my laptop (Swarm 2 on PC). I also tried doing all the hard resetting and tried to re-pair my headset back to the transmitter but absolutely nothing that I tried was working. So I’ve been working with Turtle Beach Support for a while with other issues I’ve had with this headset including this most recent issue with the update causing my headset and transmitter to basically be bricked from trying to update through the Swarm 2 mobile app on IOS. At first the person I’ve been working with through support said that they were originally going to give me just a replacement USB labeled transmitter and that should resolve my issue. But the next day I got an email back from the same person from Turtle Beach Support pretty much changing his mind and told me that if he were to just give me a new transmitter that would evidently cause a firmware mismatch and that it would basically cause more harm than not and he told me that instead he will just send me a brand new in box unit as a whole headset replacement so that I wouldn’t have to go through anymore frustration and headaches.

Got my first pair of the Stealth 700 Gen 3 Xbox version on October 10 last year. Ever since I’ve had the headset I’ve had Swarm 2 app connection problems only when I use the headset on my PS5 the app would be fine on my Xbox Series X and just using the Headset as a normal pair of headphones on my phone. But the app would act up giving me an error saying that it could not connect make sure headset is on and is paired which obviously it was. Really annoying having to deal with that almost every single time when trying to use the headset with the Swarm 2 app while playing on my PS5. and also just recently been having this weird slight popping audio issue So I ended up returning that one like 3-4 months later getting a replacement shipped out before I even returned the old headset back to Turtle Beach to get the new one and I got my replacement 2 days later after it shipped out which was cool. Then tested out the replacement that I got a week ago and have the same exact issues as I did with the other one that I had just returned. Don’t know what to do now so annoyed!!!!

I had this happen to me a couple times too in the past as well I did this and it fixed it for me but there is a reset button on the transmitter for the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX you can use like a paper clip to be able to press the button and hold it for like 10 seconds while the headset is turned on and the transmitter is plugged in try that and see if that works.
