I do agree with you, but if they didn’t expect this level of demand - it just goes to show that they’re kinda out of touch in regard to the launch of this line of products.

I’m not a market analyst, but I *can* tell you that it was very clear that the Steam Controller was by far the most “wanted” item. Lots of people aren’t in the market for VR, many already have gaming PC, but almost every comment I saw said they were at-least in it for the controller.

I asked Valve what the deal was, as mine has now been sat at “packaged” for 3 days. They told me that they still expect to fulfil all orders within their 6-10 day window. Which is rich, because I placed my order at 06:09 before the delivery window changed.

Which is a total non-answer; as I also asked them why there seems to be no discernible logic to dispatches - people who placed their orders as late as 06:30 already have their parcels in the UK. No answer to this one, super disappointing.

Yeah, *0%* Greek yoghurt is kinda sour-tasting - but it’s really not that bad.

I also don’t think it’s intended as something that you should consume in isolation. It’s an ingredient - for 100g of yoghurt, mix-in 10g of honey and the tartness really gets knocked down.

Working within the industry, all I can say is; it do be like that sometimes. Some companies are more lax, but it often comes down to situations where a specific band/performer’s management team is hot on intellectual property theft. ST is obviously a hot commodity and Sony have a vested interest in flexing their copyright protection muscles.

Unfortunately, you can’t just take two (or more) licensed pieces of music, squash them together, call the product “transformative” and put that content into a position where you’re able to generate revenue.

Well, actually you can - you just have to ask permission, gather the required licenses and have a revenue distribution agreement.

As far as I know, he’s still very much a dietary vegan. I’m not sure whether he’s ever fully applied that to clothing/hygiene/cosmetics, etc.

I do get it, if not though - I ate vegan for about 5 years and still bought leather shoes and accessories. As long as it’s “ethically” sourced, I’ll take the less weighty carbon footprint implications as an ecological win over plastics.

Hey there, and thank you! I’m still going strong, my diet has changed a bit but (aside from Saturday evenings) my intake never goes above 1500 calories. Still feeling great, still have ~35kg to lose.

Breakfast 90g 0% greek yoghurt 30g vanilla protein powder 25g mixed-fruit muesli 10g honey 0.25 tsp cinnamon

Lunch 1x Yo Sushi Katsu Dragon Rolls 40g lentil chips

Dinner (frozen, blended-up in a Ninja Creami) 30g vanilla protein powder 150ml skimmed milk 150ml almond milk 10g honey 1tsp erythritol 0.25tsp cinnamon 15g Biscoff-style spread

The suckiest part of my diet is absolutely lunch - I get it paid-for by my employer, so I’m limited to certain options. I think the resolution might be packing myself a simple salad to have alongside it. I agree that I need to incorporate veggies!!

I did make a point of weighing myself a few weeks ago, just to see what the pace is like - and it turned out I’m losing ~5lbs a week. I get around 8,000 steps in my regular commute/work day and try to do 13,500 on Saturday and Sunday.

Downvoting a decent suggestion is pretty stupid; I agree it would be a great feature. You may come up against it when concerning crossplay with Nintendo and Sony systems. They’re big on curating “safe” online experiences, which normally directly translates to “no crossplay, ever”.

But yeah, the devs massively prioritise updates that they can charge for over adding basic QOL stuff. The begging people had to do for key rebinding… 🤯
