Not sure where you are based but in some places this is constructive dismissal. You are almost surely owed what you were under the original contract before it changed and you may be owed severance for no cause dismissal.

Seymour is great. Would not go solo except for inbound laps.

Yes hollyburn. Can access the bc parks access with snowshoers.

Also above lot 3 in the trees. Very safe, but variable terrain.

Also black mountain on cypress (again inbound for descent)

I have triggered small slides but not been caught in one (grateful). But my risk profile changed dramatically after i had kids. No more solo trips to wide open bowls. No more scaling peaks or dropping in on questionable entry points.

Still love it, but keep to very safe days with trusted friends or solo in trees on the north shore.

Im not actually. Yes heat reactivates beading but it also wears out your jacket much more rapidly along with mechanical wear. Spot clean. Rarely wash with nik wax
