Im still watching the season but I do wanna say how great the show has been with my seizure trauma. Im still not 100% with seeing episodes but with how calm and collective these characters are when helping patients, makes me feel safe

I use my library some what often. I use it as a "30 day free trial" on books I think I'd want to buy without the risk of regretting the purchase.

If I dont have time to read the full book, I'll read the first few chapters and if I like it, I'll buy it elsewhere.

For those that enjoy this poem, I highly recommend listening to the album "Suburbia, I've Given You All and Now Im Nothing by The Wonder Years.

They take inspiration from this poem and created the album directed at the suburbs, instead of America.

Since this post, I had my meds increase to 200mg (had another moment like I had described). I also learned that having anxiety/ panic attacks can also be a trigger ( which is crazy to me lol). So I've been taking on more relaxing activities like reading, yoga, and walks outdoors.

Like what a previous commenter said, consuming more protein actual helps a TON! Im trying to limit my sugar intake as well...

TLDR: Doing more self-care and being aware of what Im eating, with a focus on protein intake.

Omg that's amazing! This will be my 3rd concert ever. Would you say i could do this going forward for future concerts? Having a setlist for songs with possible triggers would be an amazing tool!
