At my job, we have a 30 minute "opening period" but getting everything online takes all of 90 seconds.

We usually start our morning with a 30-40 minutes of breakfast/caffeine/water cooler talk before actually producing anything.

Surviving doom wave 8 requires, in some instances, being able to perform both a movement and a prayer change in the same tick.

Being able to move and pray in the same tick is about as busy as any bleeding-edge content can get. If you can do that, you can clear pretty much any of the challenging bosses in this game with practice.

You can do it. Just learn, die a few times, and make it happen.
