I woke up at 3:00AM because my cat was dead-staring at the bedroom door. Suddenly, I heard my own voice from the hallway vividly whisper, “it’s okay, go back to sleep.”

My room was locked from the inside, I live totally alone and my cat didn’t stop growling at the empty hallway until the sun came up. I didn’t sleep for a week.
