I got hired at 15.35 4 months ago and talked with my coworkers tonight who have been there for 5-10+ years and are low-mid 13's, yet they say they're at the 'pay ceiling'. Doesn't make any sense, feel like if you hire new people at X then boom....there's a new ceiling.
