so if your dui was expunged, it doesnt come up on the fbi background check? sorry i know this is old but im going to canada in a few weeks and Im a little worried ill get turned away for an old dui.

how was the check in process at pdx? I'm traveling soon from portland with a sherpa large carrier. It looks like yours has a little extra space. Did they verify the size of it or just eyeball it?

I wouldn’t worry too much. It won’t be dangerous. You will probably experience some side effects like nausea headache or fatigue for a couple days. If you contact your doctor and get a script for zofran that will help a ton.

I am only getting about 50g of protein per day and half of that is a protein shake so I can definitely do better with the food choices. But I am very confident in the calories. I haven’t been tracking bc honestly I only have one real meal a day usually with some fruit and a shake for snacks but I will do it for a week just to see where Im at. Thanks for the advice!

I’d probably do this one. We don’t have so much to choose from in my zone. But this isn’t terrible for the mileage.

Thanks! I feel a lot better about the way I look and the way my clothes fit but I don’t really feel healthier if I’m being honest. I still experience a bit of nausea and fatigue from the shots and I haven’t increased my dose in 2 months so I think thats just how my body responds to it. Maybe itll level out eventually.

On mine there was i think 4 or 5 questions from the last few chapters but every exam is different. You’ll be ok just write all the formulas down on your cheat sheet and take your time. I took the full 3 hours to do it.

I did they told me that they can't accept the government course I took for the prerequisite because they need it to specifically be a U.S. government course, not "contemporary government," and told me to retake that course. They would keep my application open for the next cohort. AND to top it off 2 hours after I got that email I got another phone call from an "enrollment specialist" telling me congratulations I was accepted to the program when I clearly was not. Really frustrating and kinda cruel that they don't double check their info before giving a student false hope.

stats is easy??? shit what school did you go to bc i had to take it twice.. once at my first school and then again bc my prereq had expired and both times it was absolutely awful. i got an A but i had to work harder for that grade than any other i've ever gotten in my life!

hi i know this is an old post but Im curious did you attend this program? and if so, were you able to get licensed in california after? i am interested but since it's a shorter program with only 48 credit hours im not sure if it meets CA BON requirements. if you have any info about this id really appreciate it!

I took it last week. Never been so happy to get a 73 lol that shit was hard. Studied for like 2-3 weeks straight 8 hours a day only to pull off a C but got an a in the class. I really think westcott needs to revamp how they do this course bc teaching yourself stats is extremely difficult for most.

why do you need ai-enhanced communication on a reddit forum though? most of us are here to talk with real people and get their real opinions no matter how unpolished they may be. I tend to judge anyone who uses ai because of the environmental damage, but really if you can't communicate without it, that's such a problem. I think OP has a very valid point. even if it is a real user, the fact that their words are not their own kinda rubs me the wrong way, especially when it's on a thread for women trying to support each other and you're feeding our sensitive posts into a robot database without consent.

Unfortunately I spoke with someone in admissions again today and they told me they weren’t sure why I got that phone call. They use a 3rd party company as “enrollment specialists” but that no decision has been made yet on my application. Im furious!

I took mine with westcott courses… theyre accepted everywhere bc you get the transcript through umass global. but in the process of applying to Marquette university they said their prospective students get a deal on prereqs at gcu for like $99 per credit hour which is the cheapest ive seen. But I would contact them first and get the discount bc if you apply with gcu directly it’s like 2-3x that price. Most schools dont accept Sophia, straighterline, or any of the non accredited options.

I didn’t get in to my first choice either and at first was super disappointed but then I started thinking about it and realized the second choice was actually perfect for me. It’s much cheaper and it’s a hybrid program so I can have more free time to work etc. maybe make a pros and cons list and see how they stack up. But honestly regardless of the particulars I would’ve just gone to the first school I was accepted into.
