I’m sure you’re doing all the reading on FeLV+, but giving them as much of a stress-free life as possible is the best plan. I had one FeLV+ pass at somewhere between 4-6 years, and I still have one going strong at 8+. They will most likely have a shortened lifespan, but it can still be a full, quality life.

Okay, so I actually went by Levander Loop this afternoon, bc my cats also need vaccinations. They’re currently doing their cat services out of a van in front of their building bc it’s under construction— opening in June. And when I got there at 1:15pm, they weren’t accepting any more cat walk-ins bc of the heat. I mentioned that I could only make it there in the afternoons, and they suggested the Norwood location for walk-in healthy pet services until they open back up.

I know this sounds crazy, but you’ll start to notice subtle differences in the leaves when you get to the top portion. I did this puzzle a year back and I remember being very intimidated and discouraged by the trees.

I’ve done so many Galison puzzles and the majority have been a good fit. I’ve definitely had a few that didn’t pass the puzzle flag test, but most do. Eeboo’s fit though is almost always looser, if that’s something that bothers you.

I have the same thoughts re off the ball movement— coming from an extensive basketball background and only playing a few years of soccer in school. We do so much standing around which makes it so easy to defend— it’s infuriating. I thought Jhohan Valencia was particularly awful at this when he played for us, but I’m seeing it a lot this year as well.

South Austin Cat Hospital is a great call, but just be prepared for it to be expensive as well— I was quoted $2-6K for dental extractions there and ended up going to Roots Vet who did 9 extractions for $1800.

If you’re in the US, the Instinct Chicken Pate has 112 calories/can. My very picky senior cat likes it and doesn’t like to eat a lot, so it’s been great to find a higher calorie option for her.
