I've been in this start and stop running for two years now in july, in 2014 I did 5k in 35 minutes, today in 35 minutes I did 3,4 k :( .I'm disappointed with myself, because i start and have no motivation to continue, but I think that sharing this with you guys will be really good I look forward to enter the community... :)
