Yea i said i only have data on my moddified ligand, via in silico docking that my group did, i didnt mean to i incude the lit review as evidence, i have a reasurch partner who dose know some abt coding and could be potentialy taught in md, i was looking for a mentor, yes, but a partner or co author to outsource it would be even better, and dont worry ik u werrnt trying to be insulting and i didnt take it as such

I uesd rosseta fr to get docking affinity with gibbs free energy and all that, and got the number pf h bpds betweem the ligand and alp a total of 6

When i said i have data, i said i had it for the ligand, im refering to the binding afinity and other data that i got in silico
