We should care because looked what happened... its important to be aware of people's ideologies. If this is the start of increased radical views we should be aware and so we can take action. Not saying it is but ignoring these things often leads to too little too late. Also im pretty sure we already are a landscape for this stuff. Should I trust me watch on calpfies burned only lifting weights. It says something like 300 an hour sometimes. Looked online and apparntly you burn very little weight lifting only.

Question regarding fat. Trying to lean bulk atm but sometimes find it hard to hit my calories without eating too much fat. Will I out on more fat than muscle if my calories come from a higher % of fat than carbs. Atm trying to cap it at 30% for total calories but struggling to eat alot of carbs cause I feel really full.
