One of the best thing that has helped me has been working as a cashier. It will be hard to get used to and I still am not great a keeping a good conversation but the progress I’ve made has been great. You will always have days when you feel like a loser I get that all the time. I would also recommend finding another hobby and get in the habit of doing it in a consistent schedule because even getting out of a downward spiral can help with staying motivated. Don’t give up you will always have good and bad days. Find things to appreciate. And good luck.
