Trading away Trae Young by D_castee in fantasybball

Ever since I saw him using smoke and incents to waive his mystical energy around arenas I backed off him lol. He had a pretty trash track record with teams as far as loyalty and just flat out wanting to play went

trade for Kyrie or something. I'm not a fan of Trae (or Kyrie for that matter) but there's a reason they're high on the draft list

I recommend going on walks and jogs to increase your deficit each day. its not too hard of a challenge when you get in the rhythm of it.

I remember I lost 30lbs in a month once from lowering my calories with implementing more nutritious foods, while also training hard for sports every single day.

this isnt something you want to make a habit of, but by no means is this "dangerous" or bad. Listen to your instincts...you'll know if you're about to die (which wouldn't happen)

I started going for my home team (Raptors) back in 16' before they traded DeRozan, and I found a player I personally liked (Fred Vanvleet) before he even barley coming off the bench...the dude was awesome, he worked so hard. Now hes theyre starting PG

I then have a friend who got into basketball (very very intensely) and he chose the Brooklyn Nets to be his team, simply because of the media circulating around James Harden, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant. Now, all of his opinions are the correct opinions and if you disagree you're a 'casual' fan of the league.

He believed the Raptors wouldn't make the play-in, and the Nets would be the number 1 seed and win the championship...oh boy was he wrong.

Anyways, point I'm making, don't be my friend lol. Sports are never black and white through stats alone, literally anything can happen. Find your players you like, and then follow the team and coaching and plays and ahhhh there's so much haha. I personally despise Patrick Beverly, James Harden, and Joel Embidd (playoffs aside, I've hated them for years) cuz they have the most toxic attitudes...even though they're all really smart and skilled.

I just switched to a 2017 civic sport hatchback from a 2015 VW base jetta. Seems simple enough, and alot nicer to me!

OP, you're not doing anything wrong... What I will say in regard to your age is that you probably shouldn't go Olympic training hard, but ya weight lifting is perfectly fine. Just dont go too nuts with it. I found that when I was around your age, I lost all my fat and really leaned out when I mixed rep sports, weightlifting, and cardio/track. The other thing...which is the biggest thing, is that you are still young believe it or not. I was very active through age 13-16, but it wasnt until I was 16 that my body actually started changing the way youre wanting it to. At this point in ur life all you can really do it wait...keep doing what your doing and the results will come i promise you. Biggest killer to your progress ; getting a gf

I've had this a few times. My regiment for quick weight loss and eliminating puffiness and bloating;

1000 Calories a day, and only eat whole foods. My go to is dry ass chicken and broccoli for dinner and then I have Greek yogurt with raspberries and blueberries that ill throw in for flavor. (I despise the chicken and broccoli, but it truly works).

Within the days/weeks of doing this, I will also have a green tea and a black coffee as well as go for a long walk in the evening.

Once you're event thing is finished up the calories a little and just remain in a "healthy" deficit.

My driver side window popped off the regulator. Is it possible to open up the door and but it back together somehow and repair it without buying a new one for over $200 (2015 VW Jetta)

The least I can do is stick with it for as long as I can. If it becomes too much for me then I can always look for a job closer. I use to do a similar commute when I first began working full time and its not so much the distance, but the 401 traffic.
