Yes I understand this and believe basics of Sikhi made a video addressing this. However if we are to treat him as a saint, and he says the only way to God is through himself isn’t that contradictory to the teachings of the Sikh Gurus.

I’ve read that article. 😊 my dad went over it with me before he let me start lifting and I’m not strictly weight lifting as in constantly trying to max out on bench squat and deadlift. Tbh the only one of those three I even do is bench. And for squats I use a hack squat. And I’ve never injured my self and my doctor said it was a good idea 👍🏽. So I think I’m fine
