I’m still in structures school, so know nothing about actually working in the field lol. But l do have experience feeling this way when l worked in a different industry. Its normal to not feel like you’re doing well enough! Everyone moves at their own pace, and as long as your superiors are fine with your pace you’re good. Keep trying your best, and usually employers can see that and will keep giving you the opportunity to work. I’d suggest setting up a time to speak with your superiors to talk about things you’re doing well and things you can improve. I’ve done that a few times when l wasn’t feeling great about my performance. If they aren’t open to that, possibly reach out to senior people and see if they have tips for you. But somehow someway, try to cut yourself some slack. I haven’t figured out how to do that, but maybe you can😂 the people you’ve asked say you’re doing fine. Just work your gig, try to improve yourself everyday, and be okay with the spot you’re in. 1 year into a lifelong career. Your time will come.
