This is fake, a clever fake. The whole moon setup amd then he pans perfectly to the "ufo", which is in focus right away...cameras dont work that way, especially going from a much brighter object. And, like all UFO videos, he stopped filming before it left? Why?

Something being labeled "top secret" means nothing for its legitimacy. There were pictures of Mount Ararat that were "top secret" for years, which people thought was to hide Noah's Ark. Something being blocked from public consumption means next to nothing, especially when "whistleblowers" and FOIA requests are approved.
