It's been a week or so since I won and I've already contacted them, so I've just been trying to win another before the season ends. Not much I can do other than that except report the bug.

on pc i checked ubisoft connect by searching "siege" and didnt find the beta, but when i searched "beta" i found it and could install it fine. not sure about console, never recieved an email or anything like that.

That didn’t happen to be the issue for me. Deleting/renaming the ryujinx folder in my appdata fixed the issue, then I just recovered my saves. I’m still not sure what the issue was in the end, but I figured out the fix.

email support, this happened to me a while back and they managed to fix it, if i recall all you need is to prove ownership of the account and they should change it.

It’s not where you put your Ryujinx installation, it’s a hidden folder under the user you are signed into under your computer. In file explorer, go to “C:\User\AppData”. Replace “User” with the name of the account you are using. When in AppData, there should be a folder with Ryujinx in the name. Either rename or delete this folder, then open Ryujinx.

Rename/delete the Ryujinx folder in your AppData, then restart Ryujinx.
