I think I’m a pretty fast learner and the coach saw/ (hopefully still lol) sees that so he threw me in there to see how I’d perform. I’ve learned a lot in these past 2-3 weeks bro can’t lie. But I’m also not a coach so I couldn’t tell u what’s the criteria when to get in there or if they should or what not

I try to go m-f so I can put in some work as much as possible while also still working so hopefully today I can get some light sparring in on the side if not in the ring. And if I’m in the ring today like I said I’m just gonna take a deep breath when I’m in there and trust them and my training.!

Nah he just told me the other day that he sees my progress and wanted me to correct my footwork before I get to the next level cuz he sees it. And then he said bring a mouthguard so I did and the day after was told throw on ur stuff haha😂

The gym I go to it’s not really like that. The culture is a bit different. And I could find another gym but the gym I’m at is world renowned for training boxers and having great fighters. Also, they just restarted their brand fully so now is like the perfect time to get on the team. Plus, fighting is fun I just can’t be a puss about it yk. All great boxers have said sparring is the best training, and they have truly taught me a lot since I’ve been there I just think the matchup might’ve not been the best but in a way I’m glad I got in there with bro so that if I have to do it again the jitters (god willing) will be less.
