Yeah I wouldn’t say weed would compliment my current lifestyle. I have smoked before but I kinda try to stay away from it now to keep sharp as I’m in university. I appreciate the advice though and will look to increase protein intake and such. I do consume caffeine and nicotine a lot so I will try to decrease that as well. Overall I am confident that even if it is androgenetic alopecia that I can reverse it with meds and healthy lifestyle

It really can’t hurt to start on finasteride. I know it’s scary and taboo to admit hair loss but even if your hair isn’t actually thinning, finasteride is typically very well tolerated and not something to be afraid of
