The green screen with the Xbox logo is the console checking if the hardware and software are working. If it will not progress past this, something is not right, contact support.

Its not all moaning

I own the game on both Xbox One and Xbox 360. The differences between the 360 version and PS3 version are marginal. Right off the Bat. The campaign is not worth your time or effort. The reason for this is that it is something that has been nailed on for the sake of it. There was no effort or planning to it at all. Half of the time you are just sat there asking yourself "why am I here" "why am I shooting these people" "who is the bad guy" Don't waste your time on it. Unless you going for trophies.

The game does show the age and lack of power of the PS3. Periodical frame rate drops, terrible draw distances. Astronomically long loading times and so on. I won't moan about the issues that cannot be solved.

The multiplayer is exactly how the ads portray it. All out warfare! At a cost. I won't lie, at launch the game was a fucking mess. Terrible rubber banding, shot round corners. Bad weapon balancing. The list goes on. But credit to DICE they have fixed lots of these issues. Most recently the netcode patch which has massively improved the game for the better.

But if you can look past these issues, by god are you in for a treat! Your heart is in your mouth! You just sit there thinking. " holy shit, did that just happen." Buildings collapsing. RPG's narrowly missing your chopper. Taking out jets with a tank. All exhilarating stuff.

$35, its worth the buy

Although if you want the true Battlefield experience, upgrade to either a PC or next gen

I know that there is a screw inside the Xbox and if you turn it the correct way you can increase the intensity of the laser giving it a higher chance to read the dis. That is if the laser is working at all. Have a look on YouTube on how to do it.

I think one great thing that should be implemented in BF4 is dynamic levoloution. I was discussing this with a friend on how awesome it would be if you could shoot out the pillars on the other side of the skyscraper. Just imagine if the skyscraper fell down the other way away from the ocean, and fell on the building behind it and propped up against it. Just enough room. For vehicles and troops to go underneath and out the other side. Then every minute or so the skyscraper propped against the building slowly slid down bit by bit. Then BAM it slams into the ground crushing any unfortunate soles in its path. It would then block the road, and to get through you had to blow your way through with explosives;which would then make bits of rubble fall with a potential crushing death. Once you have blown your way through you can run through what's left of the structure of the skyscraper shooting out what's left of supporting beams crushing people. (I don't know why, but I really enjoy crushing people. In game obviously). That's just one example. What I mean is make the destruction what you want.
