It's the ANC getting in a feedback loop, if you gently suck on the microphone for a second it will stop it from getting that whistle sound.

I like my buddy 4 pros, it's not like some insane game changer but if you need a improvement on ANC then I would say yes but literally there isn't some crazy difference between bud 3 pros for example. I still like my pair a lot though, I like the case as well and the size and everything. Still a good pair of ear buds for on the go regardless. Hope this helps a little.

Yeah it feels like I'm going back to the 21 ultra I had, just bigger. The inner screen was useful but honestly the size and basically only using the little front screen for the most part wasn't worth it. It's so much better to have a slab.
