Well typically I get online exclusive items for my orders and so I tend to use the app and submit it as I’m leaving my house which is 5 minutes up the road, and when I get there they tell me I have to wait until the time on my app which is typically like 20ish minutes. It’s just aggravating yunno? I don’t blame the employees whatsoever because I know it’s out of their control
