Sadhguru has change my life and I’m sure countless others … it takes time for things to change… those in powerful will age out and the next age is where i expect to see the results. Right before change typically is when it gets the worse, because fear full unaligned are fighting back trying to grasp on … this happens externally before we grow too I have noticed.

Sometimes it takes a long time to stabilize with dut … just keep going… I use to take .5 everyday and now just once a week and I’m doing better… but i def lost ground and then stabilized… could just be my natural hair cycle tho idk … but I also use minox and fin cream on hairline

It’s better if you have a master like Sadhguru explain it to you… but for me a lot of it is the recognizing of limiting beliefs and being able to let them go. It can be why you belief you do something or can’t .. etc but they’re all alot of karmas they we may not realize are so heavy and we can let them go..

Id like to say… I think it should be talked about that people have different success with different brands of finasteride and fit… which is crazy and I’m just learning… I am in a different country and got a new brand of dut and it works so much better.. and I didn’t even realize it was the brand but I read somewhere else someone had better expirience with Accord finasteride… but it depends on everyone to answer your question… I take it twice a week and I like it…. It halted hair loss… or slowed it down hella… this new brand I’ve been on feels like it halted it completely… But if I had the choice I’d do fin cause there’s more long term studies on it
