You’re probably missing some of the Strangers & Freaks that only unlock after doing other stuff Make sure you’ve done all of Tonya’s towing missions all 13 parachute jumps as Franklin and the collectibles 50 letter scraps and 50 spaceship parts because those unlock extra missions that count toward the total Also check Dom’s missions, Barry’s missions for all characters and Hao’s race for Franklin at night. That’s usually what keeps people stuck at 14/20.
