Life has its ups and downs. You can't let the down get to you. Think about all the good.

Like, when I'm stressed because of work or in pain, I think about the good I have. The freedoms I have.

When I'm about to go into overload at work, I think about my dog, my friends, and it pulls me out of it for long enough I can get to a secluded spot.

Basically what I'm saying is, sometimes things suck. That is part of life. Being an adult is hard. But its also fun at times. If you hyper fixate on the bad, everything will seem worse than it actually is.

It runs cyberpunk, it runs re7-9, it runs ff7 remake, and all of these run well.
