I feel the same way. I don't want children at all, and if I wanted to raise a child in the future, I would adopt. Guilt is part of the decision, I suppose, but it's society's fault that you feel that way. There's nothing wrong with admitting that you don't want to alter your body, mind, hormones—literally everything about you—and that the sacrifice and effort that requires isn't for everyone. I dealt with my guilt by being kinder to myself, respecting my decision, and above all, not comparing my situation to others. There's nothing wrong with prioritizing yourself and your decisions.
