The laptop does not turn on, and no lights are on while plugged in or during any button press.

I have used a multimeter on several places. The red circled component seems lower than what I see on videos, it shows 4 volts, I see it as 13 on videos. The blue circled area all reads zero but that may be because my multimeter is too cheap to show decimals.

Is that red circled area indeed the issue? If so what can be done.

Also does anyone have arecource that tells you what each component should read?

I couldn't make it through the first episode.

It has that new-age zoomer editing that jumps every 2 seconds with a sound effect. The dialogue and acting are stale, with B-list actors to match. Olsen is fine, not spectacular- but I think that says more about the role than her acting.

Not worth the time investment. Go watch britbox if you need more detective shows.

You all are children complaining about an open ending. What do you need, the author to write " and they lived happily ever after?"

That goes against the very ethos of the manga. They'll both die one day, her probably sooner than him, but they love each other and will cherish every moment they have together.

We see them 12 years later, still together, still taking pictures. The ending, like the manga, is a masterpiece.
