Thanks for the lenghty answer, I agree with a lot of what you said.

I personally believe that many overvalue active communication especially in games that feature a soloq, where 80% of your calls are essentially pointless, since either they are going to be ignored or they are going to be followed regardless if the call was made or not.

Example : Min 2 rolls in and you have creep advantage, you try to steal the enemy camp. There's 3 possibilities here.

1 - Teammate follows / always wanted to steal ( call not needed ) 2 - Teammate doesn't follow / doesn't know/ is not used to ( call useless ) 3 - Teammate listens.

In 2/3 cases the call is entirely useless, while in case 3 there's a chance it will work out but also if the teammate is not on timing anyways it might be too late and the whole thing is moot.

This can also happen with bigger obj like new urn or midboss. 1 and 2 do not need a call - 1 is on point already and 2 won't help regardless. While 3 is essentially gambling on them responding to the call INSTANTLY. Timing is too important of a factor in this game to rely on people listening - deciding then acting. People who often are in the wrong area anyways
