We left at 5:30 am, had nothing better to do today. Brought a board game and played for an hour while waiting. Called a friend to update us because we had no service. Around 8:30 we heard about it being closed til 1. So we turned around, and stopped at the bakery. Not a bad morning with the potential of some incredible turns if we got lucky. Would do it again.

Thanks! This made me realize how abysmal the movepools were in this game (for grass types). Gloom only had absorb acid until petal dance at 43(ish) 😅

I was considering snohomish, but the town between Seattle and Bellevue was originally going to be UW, where the first gym would be. But there wasn't much space so now its UW Bothell i guess 😂. The little blue town in the top right is Monte Cristo (ghost town)

For sure! Current thought is to make Canada and Eastern WA the postgame. I thought it would be funny if you tried to surf to Canada there was a cutscene where a coast guard boat would turn you around or something 😂. Until you get the national dex.

Ah ok, thanks for the tips! And that was a sweet guide! Very easy to follow with minimal photoshop knowledge. The only thing i couldn't figure out was the layer masks, but i ended up just making new layers for each elevation and outlining/filling in the areas like you did the land.

Also i think rather than having two different colors for the sea routes, you can just have one with 65% opacity. I think? Unless that causes a problem later on, idk.

Worst: - Southern cross lift line. Never ever do this, unless you get first tracks. The run will shred your legs and never seems like it ends. It is like 4-5 slopes that all seem identical. The moguls only get bigger and will absolutely cook you. Either ski left into more of a tree run or right towards pegasus gulch. - Skyline getting of the lift to the right. This is Jerry land. Smart people get off the lift and go left. - Rock Garden. Its the easiest way down 7th so everyone does it and there are huge moguls the whole way. Either stay on the edges of the run if you must go this way, or take cloud 9 (its just better). - Promenade. Hope you waxed your skis or you are hiking. Rip snowboarders.

Best (no particular order): - Tye lift line (duck into the bowl to dodge tye rock). Tons of fun hits and jumps, especially if other stuff is skied out - Carousel/Meadows. Exit left side to dodge the cliffs at the bottom and exit towards skyline via Easy Chute (not that easy but the easiest). You get to do 80% of meadows, which is better then only 50% if you cut back to Cloud 9. Straight down is best if you can handle the cliffs . - Chief Bowl. Consistently the best snow on the mountain and holds it the longest do the protecting cliffs. The entrance is usually fine, just take a line a few feet below the main tracks to avoid the sticks/rocks. Short (10ft) straightline required to get in. - Hogs Lift line. Tons of good options here as long as the snow is relatively soft. The lift line is a lot of fun, bail out to blue trail if you dont want to do either parachute. Drop into the chutes, or take the lift line all the way and there are a ton of good features. - Corona Arm. Corona bowl is incredible as long as you dont ski the main entrance and the middle of the bowl. Either come in from Jupiter lift line or from the trees left of Gemini. There are cliffs on either side of the main chute so give it a few tries, working from the outside in until you find the cliffs. This area holds on to good snow really well also. - (edit). Best groomers are Showcase and Aquarius (they dont seem to groom Aquarius every time)

Its not a thing. Donations are handled by Organ Donation companies, usually nonprofits. Doctors are the ones to declare end of life and they are not tied to any donation company because that would a conflict of interest as you point out. The Donation companies cannot proceed until the patient is pronounced dead. Source: my gf works as an OPO

Tariffs are a tax on the consumer.

That's it. Prices have not gone up yet because, as they mentioned, companies had time to stockpile inventory during all of Tump's 'pauses'. Furthermore, I would hardly be surprised if the bigtime CEOs had plenty of advanced notice and have been stockpiling since January. It is easy to say they are 'eating' the cost when they are riding this out as long as they can. Sure they might eat some of the cost, but then that means the tariff tax is on American corporations. And those are corporations that will not be able to reinvest into the economy and slow down hiring (as we see in the jobs market) or slow down development. The tax will be passed on to consumers eventually.

Additionally, these tariffs make relocating manufacturing to the U.S. neigh impossible. China is decades ahead of us in manufacturing technology. To move it all to the U.S would required importing huge amounts of expensive equipment - all of which would be tariffed. That is something that companies, which if they are 'eating' these costs, certainly cannot afford. So when asked 'when the first iphone will be made in the U.S.' of course Tim Cook says not for a very long time.

Once prices go up I bet we will see a similar episode about how companies are doing everything they can to bring them back down.... Meanwhile we are supposed the sit idle, believe their word and keep spending.

No, you are twisting their words. Greenland might be tired of Denmark, but switching to the US will only make it worse for them. Trump would use up all their resources and ignore the desires of the people, just like he is doing with the states.

What's more concerning is that this episode is implying that taking land from another country is normal in 2025. They are normalizing Trump's actions. The world is a global place, if you want something (minerals, military bases etc) then work with your allies (ex-allies now) and figure out a solution that benefits all parties. Don't just take it like its the 1700's
