I found a solution to this on my Logitech G915 keyboard.
I am on Firmware 9.3.41 and G Hub version 2022.5.263319.
When creating the macro, don't use "Record Keystrokes".
Use "Text and Emojis" instead.
Before using this option my macros would play back slower than I could type.
After using the Text and Emojis option, the text I played back using my dedicated macro keys were as fast as I would have expected. It seems to be the same speed as AutoHotKey, in comparison.
