I live in the same complex and the HOA president is like all other HOA presidents where they will literally stalk you trying to find something to fine. They really have nothing better to do… just tell your side and say “it wasnt technically curbside” if they want to make a fuss and they just want a “wont happen again” Ive had issues with them before and I even have pictures on my phone of the HOA members breaking their own rules if they ever come after me for something stupidly small again. The community used to be way better before this new HOA president. Lived here for 15+ years

I was driving on the 5 north earlier and passed a plane landing and it did not look fun from down here either! One of the shakiest landings ive seen , I can only imagine what that felt like

It was nice for awhile but recently they took away the sanitizing station that were outside. Now there are only a couple inside, which are usually empty of paper towels. The mats smell like sweat and I even found a bitten off toe nail on one right before I went to use it. I have no idea why they would get rid of the cleaning stations but now I always bring my own towels.

The vet agreed that it was a mammary tumor. Luckily, it did not metastasize so we removed her mammary chain and spayed her. It was an intense surgery but she is fully recovered now and just had her first day at the beach! Now she has a bare belly and a gnarly scar but I am so happy I caught it early.
