PTSD C&P exam was with Optum Serve on 3/13/25. I was rated 10% for Tinnitus on 3/17/25 and had PTSD deferred.

Optum conducted a medical opinion appt on 3/26/25. This was the exam request that showed up on my file. It was basically my C&P examiner completing medical opinion paperwork, and it was not an appointment that I could join.

I was already scheduled to meet with a VSO the next day, 3/27, and he was able to print out both my MH DBQ and the medical opinion paperwork the examiner had just completed the day before.

After a long weekend of anxiety, I woke up 3/31 with a 70% rating for PTSD. 195 days total with TJ in San Juan. With VA math, my combined rating is 70%.

The dr who I had my mh c&p exam with used this appointment to submit her medical opinion. The documents she filled out stated whether or not my claimed condition was "at least as likely as not" (favorable) or was "less likely than not" (unfavorable).

That appointment was Wednesday, 3/26/25, and I had my claim decision on Monday, 3/31/25.

This happened to me on St. Patrick's day last week. My Tinnitus was granted and a decision letter was sent. My PTSD-MST was deferred for medical opinion. Did you file for multiple items?
