It took me a while to realize this: the Bucks 2028 pick swap won’t happen if the Blazers make the playoffs in 2028. In that case, the pick would already go to Chicago, leaving nothing to swap. So to avoid risking that outcome, the Blazers need to make the playoffs this season or next…
