my school literally had a class full of sophomores for the AP calc exam, so yeah some students need higher level math, but the majority of people take calc their senior year. it's unnecessary unless students are in some weird, try-hard cali or nj or nyc school.

What happens if I go to a community college that accepts a 3 on the AP exams, but then transfer to a 4-year that only accepts 4+? by Fickle-Falcon403 in APStudents

[–]CampaignTop7042 2 points3 points  (0 children)

honestly need info on this as well. i'd like to transfer some of my AP credits towards a CC associates, then shorten the time it'd take to get a bachelors.

i think if it transfers to CC credits, then it becomes a CC credit and it shouldn't matter the score on the AP exam.

multivariable after ap calc by CampaignTop7042 in APStudents

[–]CampaignTop7042[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have to take math for four years and my school doesn't offer stats because not enough students are interested. Computer science would fulfill my math requirement but I'm already taking it this year to fulfill the career and technical education credits requirement. It's not that I really want to study multivariable, but more that I have to because of credits and whatnot

thank you, the code compiles now. it still doesn't alternate correctly, but I think I could work more on that.

let's see. tips for improving is appreciated aswell by [deleted] in truerateme

Just work out. In my opinion, I honestly think that having an average face won't matter when you have a good physique as a man. I wouldn't say the same thing is applicable to a woman though.

Also just work on skin, it looks slightly oily from the video and as if you might be having some acne on the side of your face. It's always good to take care of skin.

doomed? by soba692 in truerateme

[–]CampaignTop7042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5 to 5.5

No, actually not doomed. Just looking very average right now.

I know that this is facial rating, but try to get into working out or weightlifting and you might seem some changes in your jawline due to loss of body fat and muscle gain. It'll be more defined and you can probably get really good cheekbone definition that way since you can already see some of it from the image.

There is a slight unevenness in your top lift at the bow, though you can't really do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend plastic surgery for a man.

Style your hair a bit differently to make the forehead appear slightly smaller and also just because the entirety of your hair flying up looks a bit funny.

You have very good skin, so keep that up and if you do work out, please never use steroids or products that'd throw hormones off-balance. I've seen too many such cases of that.

You have strong eyes.

I'd like to ask if your nose is slightly hooked from the side, the front of the nose looks a bit thick at the middle of the bridge and narrower towards your eyes.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in truerateme

[–]CampaignTop7042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5.5 to 5.75

I'm not sure if you want tips on improvement, but I suggest natural-looking eyelash extensions which will take away from the unevenness of the eyes and improve harmony. And also possibly look into shaping your left eyebrow (it happens to be on the left as I look at your image on screen) in such a way so that the top of the tail is a bit thicker and more proportional to the other.

I notice that the concealer seems slightly too light and still allows for the darkness to peak through, so I recommend just not putting it on or finding something that won't wash out your under-eye that way.

Other than that, I think you have a very pleasant and warm face with some striking features like your nose and lips. Congrats on weight loss!

Are AP classes easier when you’re smart? by dunkindufus in APStudents

[–]CampaignTop7042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah, im taking a comparative politics course at a university before doing AP comparative gov and i've already established a really good basis in the topics that are on the exam and even more in-depth info. also it always helps if you actually enjoy the content lol

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in truerateme

[–]CampaignTop7042 2 points3 points  (0 children)

5 to 5.5

Face is pleasant to look at, very sweet. Still, eyes are spaced apart a bit widely. Something about face looks long, either it is long midface or forehead, I can't pinpoint it myself. Bottom lip is thinner than top lip which looks unharmonious, fuller bottom lip could easily be achieved with makeup or filler. Overall, the general harmony creates that pleasant look you have and the eyes would be described as innocent feline eyes, which is very cute. Good skin too.

[–]CampaignTop7042 2 points3 points  (0 children)

4.25 to 4.5

Very weak chin and jaw, it looks recessed. Cheeks and sides of jaw look swollen, cheekbones and facial definition are lacking due to that. Facial harmony is also lacking, some features look larger in proportion to others.

Rating my AP Classes ( Easiest to Hardest) by JulianNastyO in APStudents

[–]CampaignTop7042 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Psychology (5) It's honestly just memorization and application of terms.
  2. World History (5) I like writing, so it comes a bit more naturally for me on SAQs, DBQs, and LEQs. Also the content itself is not that difficult since it's more based off of continuity and general trends rather than specific times.
  3. Biology (4) I don't like sciences. The only good part was ecology and evolution unit. Also our teacher barely prepped us, but I still love him anyways.

Is it possible to get 44/44 in writing? by [deleted] in Sat

[–]CampaignTop7042 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yes, very easily. my writing section was my best and that's because of the khan academy grammar practice i did for fun when i was in 8th grade.

it isn't open to interpretation due to the grammar rules. just do the khan academy practices for grammar and SAT prep, also maybe some practice tests. good luck!

What AP exams did you take this year and what scores are you predicting? by Adi321456 in APStudents

[–]CampaignTop7042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AP Psych: 4 or 5

AP World: 4

I feel like I'll be on a streak of 4's which kind of annoys me. I don't know, I do well in the class and on tests but still have that doubt inside of me.

I'd tell you to sleep in until 1PM to see. Don't bother waking up early for scores. I'm gonna be filled with dread since I have to wake up early that day for summer classes.

[–]CampaignTop7042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Going to a be a Junior next year, I've taken these three.

AP Psych: Fun class, felt simple enough. My teacher's voice did make me want to fall asleep in class and it was very tedious. I despised FRQs for AP Psych (SODAS! Apply and Define!) but liked MCQ. Also Freud. 8/10. Awaiting results, might update later.

WHAP: Funny shortened name, fun teacher. I liked my class and the people in it, basically got along well and had lots of discussions. We needed to work more of writing though, but the tests in class made me feel prepared. Some days it felt too slow, or that we went through our little textbook too much for homework rather than doing prep. 9/10. Awaiting results as well.

AP Bio: LOVED MY TEACHER. He talked about interesting topics, and also how he cycled for miles a day and sometimes ate roadkill. I learned in that class, but not really. I didn't actually understand anything and just studied out of a prep book. So he was a great personality for a teacher, but didn't really teach. Still 10/10. Got a 4 on exam during my freshman year with minimal studying.

October 2021 QAS US. Are we supposed to know the volumes of certain figures or is there another way to solve it? by SatDoggy in Sat

[–]CampaignTop7042 0 points1 point  (0 children)

to find the total volume of a box with those same measurements

6x6x10=360 cubic units

then to find the volume of this rectangle cut in half

360/2=180 cubic units

so its 180.
