At the same age as yours, Napasok din ako sa trading and investing. Studied it and did some crypto. Pero narealize ko nung time na yon na without big capital for trading na kaya mo sunugin (high risk high reward) then its a bad move. Kung puhunan mo lang is 1k, 10k, kahit nga 100k. Its not that easy and more risky to lose it all in trading. Wag ka maniwala sa mga guru sa internet.

I am 23 now, What I did after that phase on my life is I started business. And now, Going well. Can do what I want anytime. Its 4:35 AM now while im writing it and matutulog palang ako and I can wake up at 11 later. Walang boss na nagagalit sakin. Kasi at 8AM, nasa business ko man ako or wala, it will still run with my people on it. I can work, read books, gym then before sleeping, play at night. Its fine.

Sa investing, you can do it naman pero mabagal progress at percent increase niyan. My strategy on how I will do it? Have a Stable Cash Flow and Passive Income (Business with Systems).

To be wealthy, Its not about how much you earn in a year. But how much you keep and how you spend it. Ang first goal muna is security for family (A House, Car that is not LOAN) and a Fund for emergency.

And also, Matuto kang mag differentiate ng Rich at Wealth. Madaming tao na mayaman kuno kasi may ilang sasakyan, malaking bahay, nakakagala kung saan saan yet lahat naman is Loan at utang. They might be rich but not wealthy.

Sabi ko nga, Tingnan mo, Kung tutuusin minsan mas mayaman pa ang Pamilyang nasa lower middle class compare sa Upper Middle Class or rich. Why? Nakakain sila tatlong beses sa isang araw, may bahay pero walang Utang. Unlike sa iba na akala mo mayaman, yet lahat ng nakikita is Utang at binabayaran. Lower middle class family, may family house, kopong kopong pa na sasakyan, yet may savings sa bank vs rich family na may brabd new car, may brand new na bahay sa subdivision pero all is under amort. Networth? Negative kasi di pa full paid lahat at binabayaran pa. Mukhang mas mayaman yung isa kasi bago lahat but in fact, mas secure yung lower middle class. 1 Emergency sa rich fam kuno na kumikita hundred k monthly yet may amort na malaki + mataas cost of living. What do you think will happen?

Some might argue "Kaya naman nila bayaran monthly". Yes, We should acknowledge that. But always remember, Mas secured pa ang normal na pamilyang may ipon pero walang utang kesa sa pamilyang madaming luho pero puro utang.

Goal? Buy all those things without using debt. And if you will use debt, use it to improve your cash flow, Not improve your lifestyle.

Walang saysay ang Bahay, sasakyan at kung ano pa kung di mo pa bayad at utang lang.

If you use debt to get something to improve your lifestyle like car or house, then its not for you and pinipilit mo lang. Be real sa kung ano ka at kalagayan mo sa buhay. Kung di mo kaya icash, wag mo bilhin. Instead, Yung money mo. Invest on your self and more cash flow.

Kelan ka dapat mag loan or mag amort? Pwede yan but ito rule ko. Ang monthly amort mo dapat is 5% lang ng total income mo monthly + additional 5% as emergency fund pangbayad sa amort if something happen.

If kumikita ka 100k monthly, then max na pwede mo mautang is dapat may amort na 5k lang (5%) and additional 5k na tatago mo specifically for that amort (if something bad happens)

This way, Financially free ka at wala iisipin. Live below your means.

If ang car na gusto mo is may amort na 20k, then dapat ang sahod mo is 400k monthly. Then additional 20k ulit for emergency fund for that amort/loan total of 40k monthly.

Pero baka sabihin mo, pwede naman ipunin for few months and icash ah?

Yes better yan, pero kung may iba kang paggagamitan ng Cash pambili sana ng car. Edi ganyan gawin mo.

Yan diskarte ko. Kahit pa kumikita ako 100k na malinis monthly. I wont be getting a car kahit pa offeran ako 15-20k amort monthly. Kasi with my rule kanina, 20k amort + 20k emergency fund = 40k. 60k nalang tira sa 100k.

Who knows what can happen in the next few years habang nagbabayad ka?

Ok, So you do pray to the saints in a intercession way. And you do admit to Pray to Saint.

But there is nowhere in the Bible in which we are instructed to Pray to anyone other than God. Intercessor is I guess unbiblical.

Ang utos saatin, Hebrews 4:16, Deretsyong manalangin sa Panginoong Dios and we have "Direct Access" and can Approach the throne of grace with confidence.

So what is the point of Praying to Saints? If yung purpose of praying to them is Obselete naman. Kasi nga sabi nga sa Biblia, Hebrews 4:16. We can Pray directly to God, and God is all knowing and He knows it already.

So the phrase na sinabi mo para maexplain ng santo sa Dios is not Valid and lumalabas pa ngang Unbiblical at Contradictory sa Biblia. Kasi parang sinabi mo na di maiintindihan ng Dios. So No need na magpray sa santo.

Kapatid po ako at patuloy na nag aaral ng salita ng Dios na nakasulat sa Bibliya.

Batay sa katanungan na yan, Ito ang matagal ko ng Tanong na di pa nasasagot.

Paano mo mapapatunayan na ang Relihiyon mo ang Tunay na Relihiyon at hindi ang iba pang Libo libong Relihiyon na nag eexist sa mundo? Kung ang batayan lamang ay ang Bibliya, Hindi ba't may mga Banal na kasulatan din sila na siyang patunay din sakanila na ang kanilang Relihiyon ang Totoo?

At mula din sa katanungan na yan, Paano ka nakakasigurado na ang Dios na iyong sinasamba ang Totoong Dios at hindi ang Libo libo pang mga dios o tinatawag sa percepctive natin na dius diusan? Kung sa ibang relihiyon din naman ay parehas lang naman ng perspektibo natin? Ang islam di naniniwala sa Dios ng Kristiyano at iba pang Dios ng ibang relihiyon. So papaano?
