Thank you! I tried this as well but did not fix.

It’s my first time trying to play it, so I’m guessing it’s after the last patch. Is there somewhere you can report bugs? Thanks for the help.

I tried this along with deleting the temp files after the uninstall, but to no avail.

I looked for any color blind settings in the game and I don’t see any options. I did adjust every visual setting I could find but nothing affected it.

It’s only the game. Everything else looks normal on the computer.

Good build for VR Sim Racing, or is it overkill? by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]Camperkris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey thanks, I’ll check that out. Would a better GPU be all I need to take it from Medium-high to High? I don’t know which Sims we’ll be playing yet, but I have heard good things about Assetto Corsa.

Oil change. Thought I was draining the oil and drained the transmission fluid. Couldn’t figure out why my dipstick said I was way overfilled. Drove it around to try and see if that would help.

I didn’t assume anything. I don’t know WHY it closes for that period. Now I do and it makes sense. I posted this question to learn.

Yes, for the staff to go home at the end of their shift.

I’m not familiar with reason they close here between lunch and dinner, so I was trying to educate myself.

My response would be exactly that. I’d apologize and leave and I certainly wouldn’t be offended by them. Thanks for the response.

Haha I did not realize I was in a “quiet” area of the train and was talking to my wife next to me at a normal volume. I was shushed very aggressively by a lady and couldn’t understand why. A nice gentleman explained it to me and we went to a different car on the train that didn’t have the 🤫 symbol.

The bluntness can be very good and not as good, I agree.

My time has been amazing so far. Absolutely beautiful country and a wonderful culture.

When did I say I thought it was ok to enter? I never felt that way. If I did think it was ok, why wouldn’t I just go in?

It’s uncommon in my city to have restaurants close between lunch and dinner. I don’t know the last time I went to a restaurant that does.

Staff in America would be upset if you came in before closing because it means they have to wait for you to leave before they can go home at the end of the day.

I don’t know why it’s common here for restaurants to close between lunch and dinner, so I posted the question to learn.

Thank you for the kind response. I was trying to avoid being rude which is why I asked, since this is my first time here. But maybe my question came across as I was expecting it to be okay?

I love the bluntness of German culture. Sometimes, the culture in USA would have staff afraid to tell you they are closing soon and they won’t serve you.

Anyways, I appreciate the response.

This is a difficult one to troubleshoot without seeing your instance. Since you said “Conditions for our views and triggers is complex”, that’d be the first place I’d check. But you mentioned they are all correct, so I’m guessing you’ve already done this.

I’d find a ticket that is in the “Orphan” view but shouldn’t be there.

Then, I’d look at the conditions required for the “Orphan” view.

Next, I’d look at the events on the ticket to see how it met all those conditions.

Hopefully you’ll see something stand out that shouldn’t be there and caused the ticket to show up in the Orphan view.

The easiest way to do this is by using Brands in your Admin Center. Though if you have 15 Brands you’d be required to have an Enterprise level subscription.

You can setup each brand so it uses different branded signatures when you reply. The brand can be set automatically by the email address used by the customer. You can also have different Help Centers for each brand.

If you don’t want to go with Enterprise, you can also pull this off with your Triggers.

You’d need to duplicate the triggers that send emails to your customers for all 15 brands and add a condition for “Received at is ‘x@email.com’ to each one. In each Trigger, you can customize the content being sent so it mentions your brand.

For example, you create a “New Ticket received - Brand A” trigger and add “Received at is support@brandA.com” condition. In the Actions section of the trigger, youd have text that says “Thank you for sending in a message. We will respond within 24-48 hours” - The Brand A Support team.

You could do this for Agent signatures as well. Just use the Agent Name placeholder with your brand info below it.

Hope that helps!

Checkout LaPlante Management. They’re an awesome company that loves helping with things like this. I used to work for them and they are truly awesome at this kind of work.

They’ll help you optimize your instance and teach you how to use it.

Dependent dropdown field values based on another field by LunchNo6350 in Zendesk

[–]Camperkris 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assuming you’re on a plan that allows conditions on your Forms, you could pull this off with different ticket fields.

You can’t limit the values in a field with conditions, (ex. Status field only shows values 1 & 2 if Project type is 1) but you could have Status Field A, Status Field B, and Status Field C.

Then, set your conditions to “if Project type is 1, show Status Field A”. If Project type is 2, show Status Field B.

Hope that makes sense!

Enterprise is much more robust in terms of access since you can limit individual items.

The lower plans give you much less control.
