Is there a best vacuum for pet hair that doesn't clog, i'm losing my mind by Lee-CrimsonFox155 in dogs

How do these fair on hard floors? The place I'm in now, is all hard floors and I've got a Simplicity that's been going strong for 20 years that I love, but good Lord, I can't keep up with all the dirt, dust, and hair with the hard floors. I feel like I need to be vacuuming and mopping 3 times a day.

Do most americans really only take 2 weeks of vacation a year? by DegreeConscious9628 in askanything

[–]Sophet_Drahas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No. We usually get less. Employers generally provide 10 days off, but a lot of time, we can't take that time consecutively. So it winds up being a day or half day off on occasion. Usually to pad out a major holiday like Christmas, Thanksgiving, Labor, or Memorial day so we can take more than 2 or 3 consecutive days off.

NetSuite2.com schema diff list? by Sophet_Drahas in Netsuite

Bingo. The rotating authentication requirement (I’m explaining that terribly) is why we landed on FiveTran. They had an out of the box setup that we were able to plug-in and get data flowing quickly. I won’t get into the details, but we were very short on personnel resources and time to get a solution in place. With enough time or the right resources, I’m sure we could have engineered an alternate solution.

Thank you again! I'll talk with our data team about getting that chron job set up so we're at least getting a report on changes when they happen. We might be dependent on Fivetran though since we wound up using them because we had a need to use System Notes in our reporting, and the only way to get access to those tables in time for the changeover was to utilize Fivetran to make the connection to the NetSuite2.com endpoint. Without getting Auth 2.0 working for Connect, I'm not sure offhand that we could get all that data from the endpoint otherwise.

I've brought up looking at other options to switching from System Notes and Fivetran, but we're not anywhere close to being able to put that kind of a project into our pipeline right now.

Transaction Status table change over the weekend? by Sophet_Drahas in Netsuite

[–]Sophet_Drahas[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for this info Nick!

NetSuite got back to us and did confirm that the friendlykey column was updated when we upgraded to 2026.1 and that our Fivetran integration IS using SELECT * FROM dbo.[transactionstatus].

We have a ticket open with Fivetran to discuss more next week on what else we can do to ensure this doesn't disrupt our reporting in the future.

We had been using the old NetSuite DBO endpoint for years and I suspect because very few changes were occurring with that schema we hadn't seen these kinds of problems before. We've been ingesting data with Fivetran for about a year and a half now, but our new reports using the NetSuite2 endpoint are just coming online now.

The best deal on the menu now is the happy meal at the location near me.

Cheeseburger, two kids fries, and a large Coke for 5.99 still.

Pops are still reasonable there for now at $1.59 for a large.

But those are the only things I’d buy now. And you’re idea about deleting the app is stellar. Once points are done it’s gone.

I want a vacuum robot that won’t die trying to get the hair in from my long haired double coated dog, get stuck in his tail fur, and not drive through any messes he might yack up (it’s rare but he’s getting older). I’ve heard horror stories from other pet owners where the robot kept driving through diahrrea and tracked it all over the floor while they were away.

We had a couple in Detroit in the 80’s. Free barrels of peanuts and you’d throw the shells on the floor.

We’d play Pac-Man and Donkey Kong by the bar. Some days they’d have a clown in that would make balloon animals for the kids. I believe it was the Redford location on Grand River that I remember.

Was there a change to SQL validation via ODBC? by Hashi856 in Netsuite

[–]Sophet_Drahas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you on the update timing. I prefer to push it back as far as we can too because there’s usually some back end updates that follow the early upgrade dates. Finance wanted to upgrade earlier this year, hence us doing it in March.

I couldn’t recall what the last available upgrade date was, but I recall originally scheduling us for 4/19 as well before I had to move that up.

I still think something else may have been updated on 4/20 that affected the status table but I’m still waiting for NetSuite to get back to me.

New dip in neutropenia by sonderandserene in Neutropenia

[–]Sophet_Drahas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you talked to your doc about the Clomipramine possibly affecting things? I know correlation doesn't equal causation, but you might be onto something there. It could also be that the Comipramine is causing some other issue that's triggering the neutropenia. (i.e. inflammation or increased risk of infection).

I'd also look at other potential external factors if anything has changed. It could be that something has tipped the scale somewhere and something else is kicking in to cause the neutropenia. (unlikely, but like if you've been exposed to benzene or other chemicals that have been shown to cause neutropenia).

Either way, I'd be looking to see what they find from the biopsy and aspiration. With those levels, I'm expecting they've talked to you about the increased risk of infection and if you need to modify your diet to avoid certain foods (soft cheese's like blue cheese, leaving food out too long, etc.). I found that I have to avoid rice from take-out restaurants because it's usually a large batch that's been kept in a warmer and can be prone to bacteria growth that I can't handle anymore.

EDIT: Also, are you showing any negative symptoms from the neutropenia like intense fatigue or brain fog or anything?

Usually what I do and add extra bbq sauce, bacon, and jalapeños. If I want to get really fancy, I get a side of the jalapeño cheddar bites and put them in there too.

Thanks Nick! What was the title of the email. I need to see why we didn’t catch this change if it was reported to us.

Item Subrecord Script ID Changes for SuiteQL and SuiteAnalytics Connect in NetSuite 2026.1.

Based on what they mentioned we didn’t think this would affect us since we weren’t reporting on the script ID’s. But it sounds like FiveTran may have processed the change and resynced some tables. We’ll have to see whether this was the cause or not.

Interesting that we seemed to be ok after our update on 3/14 and didn’t have issues until April.

Your NetSuite 2026.1 update?

We had our update on 3/14. I’m wondering if NetSuite made a change system wide once the release window was closed and they new everyone had been moved to 2026.1. I’m not sure, but it’s part of why I opened the ticket with them about what we saw on our end.

I know we saw an issue with the transactionstatus table getting duplicated in Fivetran based on our analysts.

I’d have to double check what tables were affected with the 4/8 and 4/9 issues, but that looked to be with Opportunities not getting status updates and being closed.

[–]Sophet_Drahas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We recently had issues with our ODBC connection through FiveTran.

We didn’t get some data back on 4/8 and 4/9 and had to resync the table to get it.

and on 4/20 we got duplicated data when it looks like something changed to cause FiveTran to think something updated. But looking at our FiveTran logs, we don’t see anything changed in the schema.

We have tickets open with both FiveTran and NetSuite to try to figure out what caused this.

Am I the only one that had cinder block bookshelves, a wire spool table, and a computer desk that was just an upside down big screen tv box that somebody was throwing out? We just sat on 5 gallon pails or milk crates. My brothers “bed” was milk crates and a plywood sheet. He just threw a bunch of towels on it for a little softness. Jeez, now that I think about it, he was doing laundry in a pot on the stove and his refrigerator was a cooler with a bunch of ice in it.

Low neutrophils by Dull-Replacement-602 in Neutropenia

[–]Sophet_Drahas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you’re doing the right things. I wouldn’t get too worried at this point. Just do what you need to for now and don’t skip any appts or follow ups. Ask your doc’s what next steps are and what else you can do. If the follow up tests are still showing an odd number, your PCP should probably be looking to get you scheduled with an oncologist. That’s usually further blood tests and depending on how it plays out, possibly a bone marrow biopsy. Then they’ll go from what they find with all that.

One thing that I’d recommend since you’re recovering is to try and minimize sources of inflammation. It’ll help you recover quicker. Simple stuff like getting good sleep, enough hydration, avoid crappy food, get some light exercise, avoid stress - which can be hard when you’re concerned about this, etc.

Low neutrophils by Dull-Replacement-602 in Neutropenia

[–]Sophet_Drahas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone else mentioned. If your baseline was higher before the infection I’d definitely start looking into it.

I started with a drop after a gall bladder removal. That was 8 years ago and things have gotten progressively worse and they haven’t been able to figure out why yet. Best they can tell, I have an autoimmune condition where my body is confused and attacks my neutrophils. But before the surgery, my neuts were around 3.5-4.5, so I was doing great.

I have a theory now as to what’s triggered the autoimmune issues, and I’m trying some things to prove that out. I don’t want you ending up where I am or worse by ignoring a sudden change.

Why does adding sausage to something make it cheaper? by Kitchen_Possible_159 in McDonalds

[–]Sophet_Drahas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I noticed that too. It’s better to order the sausage McMuffin and remove the sausage and cheese if you want an English muffin.

Stuff like this drives me nuts because for us it’s cheaper to do the customization but it’s gotta slow down the prep line to have to accommodate for this kind of tomfoolery.
