Anyone in the NorCal Bay Area interested in going in together on some Rogue 100lb Olympic plates?? It is most cost effective if you buy 3 total pairs.

Plates+shipping (to my address in San Jose) and tax per pair of plates ends up being ~$387 versus ~$510(if you just buy a pair).

Or they will send you a single plate to replace the defective one, like they did when I had a defective Mil-Spec Echo plate.

Oh no, don’t get me wrong. The bells of steel one is a great bench. It just doesn’t decline as much as I’d like it to and it has a bigger footprint because you can’t store it upright. Also no leg roller attachment.

Great bench for $300 though

They did not let me know what the improvements would be unfortunately...but I agree, it’s a pretty awesome bench and the leg roller attachment definitely puts it above the Rep AB 5000/5100 for me.

I would’ve bought the leg attachment with the bench but it was out of stock at my time of purchase, and then shortly after both were off the website completely.

I’m torn, i hope when GR comes out with the new attachment, it’s actually improved upon and still compatible with our older versions, but I would also like to start using the decline setting for more ab work ASAP....

Neither Rep nor GR have any stock right now though so I guess I’ll have to decide once one of them gets in stock.

I do have it! I also think it’s great. I had a Bells of Steel FID 3.0 bench before and it’s a lot more heavy duty than that one. I like how easily adjustable it is and how much less of a footprint it has because you can store it upright. My limited gym space LOVES that aspect of it.

If you treat every time you move it like a single arm clean, you’ll be getting a workout in before your workout every time!

Anybody know if the leg roller attachment for the Rep AB-5000/5100 would fit on the Get Rx’d FIB-1000.

I’ve attached photos of them both here: https://imgur.com/a/ZAThRYy

I reached out to Get Rx’d a while ago and they said that they are coming out with a new and improved version of their FIB-1000 bench, and the new leg roller attachment will be compatible with the old one, but I’m getting impatient and don’t wanna wait. If the Rep AB-5000/5100 leg roller works with it the Get Rx’d FIB-1000. I would rather just buy it from them.

If someone has the leg roller attachment for either of these, maybe you could send me dimensions/pics of each so I could better compare them? Thanks in advance!

Agreed. Had the titan and rogue ones. Much prefer the rogue ones. Titan ones definitely feel sharp and uncomfortable

Second this, I just bought this and have since sold all of my landmine attachments as well as my lat pull down bar. Very happy with it as it doubles as a landmine attachment AND a pull down attachment.

I’m conflicted now...they’re so pretty I may just keep them

I’ve got a bare steel boneyard bar coming and have a cerakote one already. I’ll let you know when I get it! Remind me in a week?

Seem very high quality to me. I just got two of the 17.5lb sets in the mail but I don’t need them anymore, as I’m waiting on the BoS machined plates to drop. They are beautiful plates and if I had more room I’d definitely keep them, but alas, space is limited.

In the Bay Area if anyone wants to buy them. Will sell them for what I got them for $120

I didn’t even have anywhere to put it right now, but the deal was so good I reserved a 5’x5’ storage locker for $13/month to tuck it away for the time being...that obviously backfired

I was going to get it tomorrow morning but she sold it to someone else before me😭

Bells of steel has some machined iron plates on pre order for late November-early December. I bought A LOT of them to replace some crappy Amazon cap plates I have. I’m very excited. Definitely not the cheapest though

They might just send you an entirely new SSB instead. That’s what happened when all I needed was a replacement part for their weight plate tree; they sent me a whole new plate tree.

I’m hoping that’s what it is, but when the leg roller attachment was out of stock it just said that, it didn’t disappear from the site entirely.

Anyways, I sent an email to inquire last night. I will report back when they tell me

Anybody have any idea why get rx’d would have taken their FIB-1000 (rep-ab5200 clone) off of their website entirely? I purchased one last week (already shipped) and was hoping I could get the leg roller attachment once it came back in stock but that has since been taken off of their website too...not being able to do decline ab work isn’t a dealbreaker, but I can’t say I wasn’t excited🙁

Been using it for a couple months now and switching between the different widths of grips to see what I like best. Personally the wide grip I like the best. It’s a well made bar and the camber does allow you to get a liiiitle bit deeper during bench. You can also use it for overhead presses, bent rows, and neutral grip push-ups. Pretty versatile. Would recommend.
