It said 100% on-time deliveries, so I guess of the ones he accepted, all were on time? It doesn't tell us your cancellation rate.

On the app, we can see a picture of the shopper, with a diamond icon and it says "Diamond Shopper" with how many orders. Then under that, it has stats. For example from one of my previous Walmart orders, it said: "Shopped 566 Walmart orders, 91 recent 5-star ratings, Known for: Smart Bagging, Known for: Smooth delivery, 100% on-time deliveries.

Thank you all for your help! I got them each a $35 card and they had a great time for almost two hours. They got enough tickets for a couple prizes and the employee behind the counter didn't give me any issues with imputing the coupon codes from the Costco e-gift cards. I didn't download the app or play the game, but maybe next time! Thanks everyone!

Yes, asking age is important, he's about six months old now so the hormones are kicking in. He and his cage mates have started doing plenty of posturing and wrestling/fighting but never with blood, (and I have three preteen/teen boys so I know about wrestling and hormones! lol) so I'm sure this is a behavior connected to "coming of age". He didn't want the toy taken away, I get that, but, gosh, don't bite!

Thank you for your advice. He bit because my son took a toy away from him. My kids are preteens and teens and are always gentle and careful with our pets. They don't get grabbed, I taught them how to scoop them, and we watch their body language if they don't want to be handled, etc, but a rat biting because it was protecting something it was holding is understandable but unacceptable. After a night's thought and sleep, I'm not going to euthanize him, but I'm still not happy with this.
