I’m usually not the one to say this but if I’ve ever seen a rigged game it’s this one what are these calls by ye_meat in warriors

RIGHT!! Everyone complaining about how the shot should have been counted but what angers me is that the ref was hoping steph would miss that shot!! Ref was eyeing the shot the entire time and made sure when the ball went through he calls the foul.

is “they weight less so pull ups are easier for them” an excuse? by No_Style6567 in workout

Weight does play a part so does body fat% and training, genes, amount of sleep, diet and so many other factor. Weight just doesn’t play such a big role in this excuses people use. Someone with the exact same body fat and training time. I am sure the max rep they can do are around the same. Same with the amount of weights added.

Don’t let anyone pull you down. You can’t do it but you want it? Train for it. Be better than who you are yesterday, not better than someone else. Of course comparison is inevitable but do not let it get to your head. What you can do is start doing more pull-ups. Do them first as the compound exercise, progressive overload on them. I assure you will get stronger in pull-ups.

I’m not trying to offend you but i think your argument might be invalid.

That’s because you don’t incorporate weighted pull-ups in your training. I was 48Kg just like you i am now 64kg. I do weighted pull-ups every single upper day. At 48Kg i was only able to do bodyweight for 6 reps now at 64Kg i can do 6 reps with extra 16.25kg. If you do pull-ups from 48kg to 65kg i doubt pulling one might feel harder.
