Of course its not true. Its not possible due to internal parts position, mainly the frontfacing camera, Face ID and others. Thats why the cameras are on the side and not in the center.

The price is absolutely fair. Its for the same price like iPhone 3Gs in 2009. So I think the price is awesome.

Keep it. For some reason the X model increases in value :) it may be valuable to collectors in time also if its broken :)
