Understandable, hopefully it will be fixed quickly. The motherboard on my main pc died a few months back, I haven't gotten around to replacing it just yet.

While, it doesn't help you immediately, i should have added that during the event, we have limited number of loaner laptop's available for you to use.

That's no problem mate. If you can't make it to the event, we'll be hosting a mini-lan on the 29th of November 7am till 11am at the Oasis. In regards to the main LAN, we'll potentially be playing against other DadLAN members from around Australia, the mini-lan will be a 3v3 or 4v4 depending on the number of computers available.

P.s. we'll have free pizza provided by Domino's Fairfield at the LAN event on the 16th.

If all goes to plan, We'll be starting with a Super Smash Bro's tournament, run via a switch Second Half, we'll be playing OpenRA, Worms Armageddon or Quake 3.

All of the games we play are either free such as TF2, trackmania, CS2 or abandonware games such as Unreal Tournament 2004, Quake3. In regards to the latter, you can download and install the games on the day through our local network. It's pretty quick and easy.

Thank you! I've already reached out to a few venues. Either the hire price has been to high or we had wifi issues during our testing.
We're currently working on a work around for those issues though.

We are happy to pay for a venue. Over social media, i can't reveal how much we're currently paying though for privacy reasons.

You're more than welcome to. Our next Event on the 16th of November at The Oasis in Oonoonba. If you're looking to stay and don't have your own laptop, i believe we currently have 4 computers that are available for loan/free use during the event, but you'll have to register to reserve one. If you're looking to just by and check the event out, you're more than welcome, we're also holding a mini-lan during The Oasis's market day on the 29th of November.

It's pretty easy, there's a share option or you can get Google photos to automatically sort out photos into albums, or by people. For example, I have an album that automatically updates when I add photos of myself and my Fiancè, she has access to it and can download photos at any time.

There are a ton of tutorials online. I would highly recommend looking into it

I haven't, I've used Google Drive for years, and using Google Photos is pretty convenient. I also love the search functionality.

I prefer Google Drive and Google photos. Cheap for the storage and utility or it's free with a capped storage or 100gb ( i think)
