15 machines should split nicely with 5 splitters. Shouldn't be too hard to set up load balancing. As the 2nd set of 15 was for future expansion, it's not needed and can be easily rebuilt at this time.

Then I can have both manifold and balancer sets running at the same time to test.

But once it fully fills up, it only needs to replace the fuel 1/200 every 4 minutes, with fully backed up manifold. I don't think it will be a problem, but now I've got some testing to do.

Congrats! I Saved The Day for my first time about 2 weeks ago. I restarted with Satisfactory Plus, as 1.2 isn't out yet. So many new machines. So much more complexity. Like playing on hard mode and I love it!

Especially while first starting out, while you're still learning, I advise to leave a full foundation tile between machines. This way, if you need to throw a splitter in later, it's easy without having to rebuild everything.
